Morning View Care Center Community Services is now owned and managed by SMD
Management LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Ohio. We will Continue to do
business as Morning View Care Center Community Services. The company is formed to
provide services to individuals with Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities by
acquiring Morning View (MR/DD department) from Dearth Management, Inc.

Overview
We provide Homemaker/Personal Care Services and Transportation Services to individuals
with a wide range of disabilities under IO waiver and supported living programs in Franklin and
Delaware County of Ohio.
