We provide Homemaker/Personal Care Services and Transportation Services to individuals with a wide range of disabilities
under IO waiver and supported living programs in Franklin and Delaware County of Ohio.

The mission of Morning View Care Center Community Services is to provide the highest quality of services to
individuals with metal retardation and developmental disabilities by creating for every individual, family member,
guardian and other support persons we serve a team that is professional, competent, knowledgeable, experienced,
caring, understanding and willing to support their needs, to enhance their skills and their quality of life by helping them
live, work and participate in their community.

The philosophy of Morning View Care Center Community Services is that there should be no discrimination in providing
services to individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities because of race, color, origin, or degree
of disability; and that a person’s self-esteem and dignity are linked to their ability to live as an independent member of
their community.

The goal of Morning View Care Center Community Services is to be the best in caring for individuals with metal
retardation and developmental disabilities, regardless of their degree of disability.

Our Company is composed of experienced men and women dedicated to serve individuals with a wide range of
disabilities - young or elderly. We love what we do and we feel that everyone deserves the same opportunity to enjoy life
even if that requires some assistance from others because of their disabilities. Our management team has over 50
years combined experience and we promise to equally provide the best for all individuals we serve.
